During this period, our response times to inquiries might be slightly delayed, but we will strive to respond within 24 hours.
2. Order Deadlines: For large-scale bulk orders placed by December 15th, 2024, we guarantee production completion and shipment by the end of January 2025. However, for orders placed after December 15th, we cannot assure completion and shipment before the holiday.
3. Logistics and Supply Chain Impact: As most companies in China will begin their holiday breaks around January 24th, logistics, warehousing, and other supply chain operations may face manpower shortages, affecting efficiency. Our suppliers, warehouses, and component providers might halt operations as early as January 10th. Consequently, delivery times for orders processed after this date may extend beyond normal expectations.
4. Post-Holiday Operations: While our response times will normalize by February 7th, our factory’s production capacity will gradually ramp up throughout February. Delivery times may be slightly longer than usual, depending on the order volume and complexity.
5. Busy Production Schedule: Our production lines are extremely busy in December 2024 and January 2025. We strongly advise placing orders as soon as possible to ensure timely delivery.
